Our immediate needs are

Account Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining steadily increasing revenue stream through self generation leads, telemarketing, in-person calls.
  • Promoting an ongoing business relationship with new and existing customers and assuming total customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as the liaison between the customer and the primary IT consultant
  • Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills

Background:

  • Moderate PC hardware/software knowledge
  • Successful track record in sales
  • Heavy experience in appointment setting
  • Ability to develop a professional relationship, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor and presence
